Responsibilities
Coordinate and produce RFQ/RFP responses, including proposals, SOQs/SOIs, and interviews materials
Manage proposal schedules, deliverables, deadlines and compliance requirements
Draft, edit, and format proposal narratives for clarity, consistency, and alignment
Coordinate with technical staff and subconsultants to gather content
Collaborate with marketing staff to develop and maintain staff resumes, project descriptions, and technical qualifications
Maintain organized electronic filing systems
Maintain and update firm’s CRM system, including clients, pursuits, contacts, consultants, and project data
Assist in managing and updating the firm’s social media platform
Attend industry networking and professional events
Qualification
Required
Minimum of two years of experience developing high-quality proposal responses and presentations for both public and private sector clients
Dependable and highly organized
Quick learner
Effective communicator
Preferred
Experience in A/E/C marketing preferred
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with public-sector procurement processes
Highly organized and detail oriented
