Responsibilities

Provide expert medical opinions to resolve disputes regarding workers’ compensation cases, including issues of treatment necessity, disability determination, and return-to-work capabilities
Serve as a neutral third-party expert when there is a disagreement between independent medical examiners or healthcare providers
Offer testimony in legal settings when doctors disagree on medical evidence or treatment recommendations
Your medical opinion will be given a legal presumption of correctness unless clear and convincing evidence to the contrary is presented
