The candidate will play a key role in solution design, implementation, and post-go-live support while ensuring compliance with federal financial regulations.

Responsibilities
Lead implementation and support of Oracle Fusion Financials for federal contracting environments
Configure and manage modules including GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, Fixed Assets
Ensure compliance with Federal Financial Management, FAR, and government accounting standards
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions
Oversee integrations, data conversions, and financial reporting
Support audits, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end close activities
Mentor junior team members and coordinate with technical teams
Qualification
Required
10+ years of Oracle Financials experience
Proven experience implementing or supporting Oracle Fusion Financials for a Federal Contracts company
Strong knowledge of federal accounting, compliance, and reporting requirements
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Preferred
Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations (end-to-end preferred)
