Responsibilities

Engineer and support Okta Identity Engine (OIE) and Workflows
Build, maintain, and troubleshoot SSO integrations (SAML, OIDC, OAuth)
Support user provisioning, deprovisioning, and tenant management across B2E/B2B/B2C environments
Maintain runbooks, roadmaps, and audit documentation
Participate in on-call rotation for IAM operations as needed
Collaborate with security, IT, and business teams to implement identity solutions

Required

3+ years of hands-on Okta engineering experience
Experience with OIE, Okta Workflows, SSO integrations, and multi-tenant environments
Strong troubleshooting skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, Networking, or equivalent experience

Preferred

Okta certifications (Administrator / Professional / Consultant)
Experience with other IAM or PAM tools (e.g., SailPoint, CyberArk, BeyondTrust)
Experience in regulated or enterprise environments
