Responsibilities
Write clear, compelling and concise copy for a U.S. audience. All work will be done under the supervision of a creative director from the Digital Marketing Agency
Strategically minded mid-level copywriter with long-form copy writing experience
Candidate must have long-form examples of white papers, articles, research papers, advertorials, and blog posts
Support a range of digital and print channels, including websites, emails, social media, marketing collateral, and presentation decks
Utilize industry best practices to help support copywriting decisions
Partner with design team to help craft digital and print materials
Take ownership of assignments from concept through completion
Qualification
Required
Financial services industry client experience
Must present a portfolio of client copywriting work that demonstrates an ability to absorb, interpret, and apply client/internal direction
Previous experience in print and digital marketing projects
Fluency in Microsoft Office applications
Self-motivated and organized
Should thrive in a collaborative environment, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work under tight deadlines and strict brand standards
Preferred
Experience supporting insurance industry communications
Long-form copy writing experience
Long-form examples of white papers, articles, research papers, advertorials, and blog posts
Familiarity with the role of accessibility in writing a plus
