Responsibilities

Drive discovery sessions to understand customer goals, technical environments, and pain points
Own the technical sales motion, including solution positioning and architecture recommendations
Collaborate with sales leadership to shape deal strategy and influence buying decisions
Convert business requirements into well-structured ServiceNow solution designs
Contribute to proposals, SOWs, and RFP submissions
Deliver clear, compelling presentations to both executive and technical audiences
Work closely with delivery teams to ensure continuity from pre-sales through implementation

Required

U.S. Citizenship required
7+ years of experience in enterprise IT roles
3+ years supporting pre-sales, architecture, or technical consulting efforts
Broad, hands-on knowledge of the ServiceNow platform across multiple modules
Prior experience as a Solution Architect, Platform Owner, or similar role
Strong communication skills with a consultative, customer-focused approach

Preferred

Background with a ServiceNow partner or consulting firm preferred
