Responsibilities
Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities that impact business performance
Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting for leadership and cross-functional teams
Define KPIs and measurement frameworks to evaluate initiatives and performance
Conduct deep-dive analyses (customer behavior, product performance, campaign impact, funnel conversion, etc.)
Partner with stakeholders to translate business questions into analytical approaches and solutions
Support experimentation (A/B testing), interpretation of results, and recommendations
Ensure data accuracy through validation, documentation, and quality checks
Communicate insights through storytelling, visuals, and clear presentations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business, Computer Science, or related field
2–5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related role
Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and transforming data
Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar
Strong analytical thinking, problem solving, and attention to detail
Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities
Strong communication skills and ability to present to cross-functional partners
Preferred
Experience with Python or R for analysis and automation
Experience working with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)
Familiarity with experimentation frameworks and statistical concepts
Experience supporting Retail, Digital, Marketing, or Product Analytics use cases
Knowledge of data modeling concepts and metrics standardization
Python (pandas) or R
