Responsibilities
Achieving sales forecasts and gaining adoption and utilization of the product portfolio
Establishing mutually beneficial business relationships with targeted accounts and physicians key to the sales success of the promoted product
Growing referral volumes in key therapeutic areas for Orsini
Constant communication with prescriber offices that encourages the development and growth of referral volume
Collaborating as needed with other Orsini departments to optimize referral volume and create positive customer experiences
Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities
Consistently meeting/exceeding defined territory sales goals
Keeping current with market knowledge and competitive products
Participating in all required training and sales meetings
Planning and organizing Territory to meet sales and call targets
Making sales presentations (Details)
Making complete, accurate and timely submission of all time-keeping, Details, call activity, within the approved CRM
Compliance with Promotional Program, and proper use of Promotional Materials and Promotional Expense Budgets
Participating or coordinating virtual and live lunch & learns, dinner programs, weekend events, as appropriate
Qualification
Required
Four-year College Degree required
Experience developing and maintaining customer relationships
Experience maintaining accurate records of all sales activities
Proven ability to consistently meet/exceed defined territory sales goals
Advance listening, problem-solving and decision-making skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to understand and convey accurate complex product-related information to Healthcare Professionals, in an educated, reassuring, and professional manner
Ability to accept and quickly apply coaching and feedback to improve individual performance and customer experience
Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks across multiple systems
High work ethic, reliable and punctual in reporting for scheduled work
Ability to be flexible as needed to meet the fluctuating business needs
Private, quiet, dedicated workspace required
Maintain and update current and prospective target Prescriber profiles
Keep current with market knowledge and competitive products
Maintain a professional image for Client and Client Products
Participate in all required training and sales meetings

Preferred
Minimum 1 to 3 years Remote/ Virtual Engagement experience, B2B territory management/account management experience or field sales experience preferred
Inside Pharmaceutical, Device, or MedTech sales experience preferred
1-2 years of MedTech Device, Diagnostic, or pharmaceutical sales experience preferred
Experience with Salesforce, Veeva preferred
