This role will focus on analyzing business data, building reports and dashboards, and translating insights into actionable recommendations for cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Analyze large datasets to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for business improvement
Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and validate data from multiple sources
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar
Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into analytical solutions
Create recurring and ad-hoc reporting to support leadership, operations, finance, and other teams
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and documentation of metrics and reporting logic
Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Support process improvements through data-backed recommendations

Required

2+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role
Strong proficiency in SQL (joins, subqueries, aggregations, performance optimization)
Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Excel, etc.)
Solid understanding of data modeling, KPIs, and business metrics
Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
High attention to detail and comfort working in fast-paced environments
