This position involves monitoring diesel engines and mechanical equipment performance, providing technical support, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure optimal engine health.

Responsibilities
Monitor diesel engines and mechanical equipment performance using proprietary digital monitoring platforms and dashboards
Review and triage system alerts, fault codes, and operational anomalies
Partner with Technical Leads, Operations Managers, Fleet Managers, and customers to determine corrective actions and escalation paths
Cross-reference multiple digital tools while troubleshooting engine and equipment issues
Provide technical guidance to customers, fleet teams, and service partners for troubleshooting and service actions
Document incidents, diagnostics, actions taken, and resolution status within CRM and service management platforms
Communicate equipment status, risks, and next steps clearly to customers and internal stakeholders
Analyze operational and performance data to identify trends, potential failures, and maintenance recommendations
Serve as first-line technical support for incoming inquiries related to equipment performance and system alerts
Qualification
Required
Hands-on diesel, mechanical, or heavy equipment experience
Experience with digital monitoring platforms and analytics tools
Ability to monitor diesel engines and mechanical equipment performance
Experience in reviewing and triaging system alerts, fault codes, and operational anomalies
Ability to partner with Technical Leads, Operations Managers, Fleet Managers, and customers
Experience in cross-referencing multiple digital tools while troubleshooting engine and equipment issues
Ability to provide technical guidance to customers, fleet teams, and service partners
Experience in documenting incidents, diagnostics, actions taken, and resolution status within CRM and service management platforms
Strong communication skills to convey equipment status, risks, and next steps
Ability to analyze operational and performance data to identify trends, potential failures, and maintenance recommendations
Experience serving as first-line technical support for incoming inquiries related to equipment performance and system alerts
