Responsibilities

Lead investigations involving policy violations, harassment, discrimination, and other workplace concerns with fairness, consistency, and confidentiality
Collaborate with HR Business Partners and senior leaders to design and implement resolutions that align with business goals and uphold organizational values
Partner closely with Legal, Benefits, and other Centers of Excellence to ensure compliance and alignment on sensitive cases, accommodations, and leave matters
Develop and manage employee relations data, reporting, and analytics to identify trends, predict potential issues, and inform proactive strategy
Serve as a coach and advisor to managers and HR teams on performance management, disciplinary actions, and workplace conflict resolution
Contribute to the creation and refinement of policies and procedures that promote a safe, inclusive, and high-performing work environment
Collaborate with Learning and Development to design and deliver training programs that strengthen leadership and employee relations capabilities
Support legal counsel in responding to external inquiries, such as attorney letters, agency claims, and subpoenas

Required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
7+ years of progressive experience in employee relations or HR, ideally within a multi-site or retail environment
Proven expertise in investigations, conflict resolution, mediation, and employment law compliance
Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to transform data into actionable insights
Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to build trust at all levels of an organization
Proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday preferred) and MS Office Suite
