Act as support in both Genius bar style walk ups and tickets via ServiceNow for all types of basic end user support work
Support roughly 600 users in the facility
Troubleshoot issues related to Windows PCs, IOS devices and other enterprise end user technology
Qualification
Required
Experience as an IT support specialist
Ability to provide support in both Genius bar style walk-ups and via ServiceNow
Basic end user support work for roughly 600 users
Experience with Windows PCs and iOS devices
Support and troubleshooting skills
Customer service skills
Intermediate level experience
Experience with Windows and Mac
