Responsibilities

Training RV Manufacturer Line Teams on best installation practices for our 12V Portfolio of Antenna, Infotainment, Charging, Speaker and Amplifier solutions
Assisting end consumers with Technical Assistance
Product demonstrations
Providing thorough training on the use and setup of Magnadyne's products
Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
Working collaboratively with dealer service teams to ensure high-quality customer service
Maintaining documentation related to installations and training sessions

Qualification

12V Electronics installationTroubleshooting technical issuesMECP CertificationCustomer service experienceVehicle systems familiarityTraining skillsTechnological aptitudeCommunication skillsAttention to detail

Required

Proficiency in 12V Car, Marine Aftermarket Electronics installation, wiring, and troubleshooting
Strong communication, training & presentation skills. Unafraid to Present in Front of Large Groups
Experience in customer service and problem-solving technical inquiries
Familiarity with vehicle systems and car audio, video, and security systems
Attention to detail and ability to work independently in support of RV Production Lines
Technological aptitude for understanding and using product software and applications
MECP Certification or 5 yrs. Min. Relevant equivalent Installing related Products
Ability to lift and maneuver heavy equipment when required
