Responsibilities
Leading and managing a team of Account Managers
Owning the overall health and performance of the SMB portfolio, ensuring high retention, client satisfaction, and margin protection
Identifying accounts with growth potential and developing tailored engagement strategies to unlock expansion opportunities
Designing, improving, and institutionalizing playbooks and operating models for SMB account management
Building a deep understanding of client organizations, technology roadmaps, and long-term needs to position the company as a strategic partner
Acting as the primary escalation point for client issues, ensuring rapid resolution and internal accountability
Qualification
Required
Account Management: 7+ years of experience in Account Management or Delivery
Industry Experience: 7+ years in the tech/outsourcing sector
Leadership: Experience managing a team
Travel: Availability to travel up to 20% of the time
