Responsibilities
Provide excellent service to customers and Registered Representative Service
Review, enter data into AS400, copy and image new applications
Correspondence letters to agents and clients
Review and forwarding of additional purchases to a variety of mutual fund companies
Send data entry and forwarding of address changes to a variety of mutual fund companies
Complete monthly blotter updates
Adding or detaching of policies to new and existing mutual funds
Opening and distribution of mail to employees and departments
Assisting with monthly, quarterly and annual projects
Filing and imaging of correspondence
Qualification
Required
Strong written and oral communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Must be able to learn and adapt to new procedures and technology
Must be able to effectively prioritize workflow
High school diploma or equivalent
