Partner with leadership to align HR programs with our goals
Lead talent management strategies, including performance, development, and succession planning
Support organizational change, transformation, and change management processes
Use people analytics and technology to inform decisions and track program impact
Manage special projects that promote HR and business priorities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training and experience
At least 4 years of progressive HR experience, including direct business partnership with senior leaders or equivalent education, training and experience
Experience guiding organizational change and talent development with a future focused lens
Stakeholder management, communication skills, and change management capabilities
