Responsibilities

Prepare, review, and submit regulatory reports related to derivatives activity, including CFTC, SEC, and CAT reporting

Ensure all regulatory submissions are accurate, complete, and delivered on time in accordance with applicable rules

Investigate, analyze, and resolve reporting breaks, exceptions, and data discrepancies

Partner closely with Technology, Operations, Compliance, and Front Office teams to support system enhancements and regulatory-driven changes

Monitor regulatory developments and assist with implementing new or evolving reporting requirements

Support internal and external audits, regulatory inquiries, and examinations

Maintain documentation, procedures, and controls related to regulatory reporting processes

Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and controls
