Responsibilities
Assisting advisors with system navigation, account setup, document retrieval, and dividend redistribution
Answering questions related to IRAs, stocks, and general brokerage operations
Transferring approximately 20% of calls to specialized departments (e.g., annuities, trades)
Building rapport with recurring callers across assigned regions
Accurately documenting interactions in the CRM system
Meeting call handling and quality standards while adhering to schedules
Participating in special projects and providing training support as needed
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or GED
Strong customer service and phone communication skills with superior listening ability
Ability to multitask and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
1+ year of call center experience preferred (but not required)
Courteous and empathetic approach to client concerns
Positive, team-oriented attitude with energy and results focus
Preferred
Experience in banking or financial services
Demonstrated problem-solving, organizational, and follow-up skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Strong attention to detail and responsiveness to coaching
