Responsibilities

Serve as the primary responder for automation and equipment control issues during manufacturing operations
Troubleshoot PLC, HMI, robotics, vision systems, servos, sensors, and automated equipment
Implement minor PLC/HMI code changes following change control procedures
Support equipment commissioning, upgrades, and automation improvements
Execute and support validation activities including FAT, SAT, IQ, and OQ
Monitor system performance, alarms, and logs to reduce downtime and improve reliability
Collaborate with operations, maintenance, quality, and engineering teams
Maintain documentation in compliance with cGMP and site procedures

Required

Bachelor's or Associate degree in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Engineering Technology
Strong troubleshooting skills in automated manufacturing environments

Experience working in regulated industries (pharma/biotech preferred)
