Responsibilities
Lead auditing and compliance efforts for inpatient coding, including developing audit tools, reviewing medical necessity, auditing staff, and recommending process and policy improvements
Design and deliver clinical education and training programs, assessing training needs, developing materials, evaluating effectiveness, and maintaining employee training records
Qualification
Required
Active and Clear RN Licensure
Valid/current CPC, CIC, or CCS Certification
DRG validation experience
