Facilitating the implementation of Agile frameworks (like Scrum, Kanban, etc.) across the organization
Coaching teams and individuals on Agile mindset and behaviors
Mentoring and training individuals to become Agile practitioners
Helping the organization adapt to change and embrace new ways of working
Identifying and removing organizational impediments to agility
Qualification
Required
Senior Level experience as an Agile Coach
Architecture experience
Experience in Architecture Transformation
Ability to help teams and individuals understand and adopt Agile principles and practices
Experience facilitating the implementation of Agile frameworks (like Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
Coaching experience on Agile mindset and behaviors
Mentoring and training individuals to become Agile practitioners
Ability to help the organization adapt to change and embrace new ways of working
Skill in identifying and removing organizational impediments to agility
