AMOREPACIFIC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Ecommerce Intern to support their Tik Tok Shop team within the Digital Business Division. This internship provides hands-on experience across a multi-brand portfolio of leading k-beauty brands, focusing on social commerce functions and marketing initiatives in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Assist in outreach to TikTok Shop affiliates for marketplace campaigns and required in-house product seeding

Maintain and update designated Tik Tok affiliate task trackers, helping ensure deadlines and deliverables are met across any assigned projects across brand & function

Assist in sample tracking to inform quantities of monthly sellable samples sent to affiliates by SKU

Support the TikTok Social Commerce team with channel content updates, marketing initiatives including affiliate campaign planning and asset coordination

Execute Tik Tok Shop ad hoc merchandising tasks, including PDP edits, copy revisions, and auditing pages for necessary updates based on a best-in-class approach from Tik Tok strategy definitions

Schedule CRM messages within the TikTok Shop platform to active customers and report on performance

Assist in monitoring the Tik Tok Shop customer service message portal to ensure all customer messages, refunds, and returns are handled in a timely manner

Stay updated on Tik Tok trends, social media algorithms, and consumer behavior within the platform to identify content and growth opportunities

Attend meetings and accurately record detailed meeting minutes, ensuring timely distribution and follow-up on action items coordinating with internal and external stakeholders

Assist with monthly invoice submission across relevant vendor partners & platforms, ensuring proper consultation approvals and timely submission

Assist with division administrative tasks: such as but not limited to, scheduling meetings, submitting expense reports, planning team outings
