Responsibilities

Perform benchtop PCBA testing and debugging
Perform rework on PCBAs, harnesses, and other mechanical assemblies
Design simple PCBs, mechanical fixtures, and harnessing
Respond to emergent issues on the production floor to keep the line moving
Contribute to and attend cross-functional design reviews
Advocate for design changes that result in simpler rework and testing processes
Other duties as assigned

Required

Experience with hands-on technical work in a high-volume production setting
Experience performing benchtop testing
Experience performing PCBA and harness rework
Experience designing and maintaining engineered systems
Understanding of fundamental engineering concepts, including Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Programming, Physics, and Mathematics
Experience working on multidisciplinary hardware development projects, which can be from an internship, job, club, team, personal project, etc…
Demonstrated history of showing ownership of project outcomes and delivering exceptional results
Record of working hard, being a trustworthy teammate, holding yourself and others to high standards, and being kind to others

Preferred

Experience with PCB schematic and layout tools, including Altium, KiCAD, Eagle, etc…
Experience building wiring harnesses and assembling circuit boards
Experience with CAD tools such as SolidWorks, NX, CATIA, etc…
Demonstrated adaptability, agility, and the ability to innovate under pressure to meet dynamic project demands and drive successful outcomes
