Responsibilities

Manage port, protocol, and network configuration information for Linux, Windows, VM servers, and hosted applications

Support the implementation of RMF, IAVs, and STIG mitigations to satisfy the cybersecurity requirements of a program supporting the life cycle sustainment of C5ISR systems for the United States Marine Corps

Assist in the support for access privileges associated with maintenance and management of complexities associated with Information Technology infrastructures, system administration, technical support, and problem resolution for a production DoD enterprise network as well as development of future enterprise networks to include hardware and software solutions

Manage system uptime and availability for Linux and Windows servers in a VMware virtualized architecture

Configure, manage and troubleshoot issues with Windows, RHEL, and SUSE servers

Apply operating system and software patches and upgrades for Linux, Microsoft, VM servers, and workstations

Proficiency in navigating and manipulating system group policies

Creating, storing, and transporting sensitive regulated media

2+ years of 'Task-Specific Project' Computerized System experience, including Test and Evaluation, Network Protocols, LAN administration fundamentals, and UNIX and Windows-based operating systems

Must have strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer science, or a related field

CompTIA Security+
