Enter invoices into the accounting system with correct coding to GL accounts

Prepare and process check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers

Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly

Maintain accurate and organized accounts payable files and documentation

Respond to internal customer & vendor inquiries in a professional and timely manner

Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls
