Responsibilities
The Data Engineer will play an active role in solution design, systems analysis, solution implementation co-ordination across multiple teams, solving key technical challenges and mentoring the junior developers in the team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Mathematics required with +10 years of experience
Experience in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Azure, AWS, Snowflake, Azure Data Factory, Airflow
Agile/Scrum experience or basic knowledge
Demonstrate strategic thinking and ability to analyze business direction and problems, understand long-term vision and risk in developing strategic technical solutions
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Outstanding verbal and written communications skills and comfortable in summarizing technical information
Ability to communicate software engineering and/or development concepts and principles
Ability to take up new challenges and explore new technology/tools
Ability to collaborate with other developers and co-workers including distributed team members
Preferred
Master's degree
Understanding of working with relational databases and familiarity with ETL tools like Informatica
