Administrative Assistant
PTR Global is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide clerical and administrative support for the ABC District. The role involves various administrative tasks including invoice processing, maintaining records, and ensuring effective communication across all levels of employees.
Responsibilities
Invoice processing
Create and maintain files, records and reports
Purchase card reconciliation
Timekeeping for various employees
Maintain vehicle records
Interact with all levels of employees
Work with a minimum of detail supervision and guidance
Handle administrative duties of a confidential nature
Order and maintain office supplies
Maintain group files and pertinent records
Gather, compile and summarize various requests for information or special projects as required
Must have good customer service and communication skills
Make DIS/WMISService/Arealights corrections
Damage claims
Experience with Microsoft office products (word, excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Be on call rotation
