Responsibilities
Design and deliver end-to-end Salesforce solutions, including Energy and Utility Cloud, Experience Cloud, and external system integrations
Define system architecture, data models, and integration patterns aligned with best practices and enterprise standards
Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, secure, and high-performing
Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and executives to gather and translate requirements into technical specifications
Guide and mentor developers on Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, Flows, and other Salesforce technologies
Oversee integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems (databases, APIs, middleware)
Establish and enforce architecture standards, coding guidelines, and security policies
Conduct design and code reviews to ensure best practices are followed
Evaluate and recommend Salesforce products, apps, and third-party tools
Optimize solutions for performance, reliability, security, and compliance
Design role-based access, data security, and sharing rules within Salesforce
Maintain comprehensive architecture documentation and technical specifications
Mentor and support the professional development of developers, administrators, and junior architects
Support project planning, estimation, risk assessment, and participate in all project lifecycle phases (requirements, design, build, test, deployment)
Ensure adherence to Salesforce governance, CI/CD, version control, and release management processes
Lead solution delivery in complex enterprise environments, aligning with business strategy and driving business value
Demonstrate strategic thinking, an enterprise-wide perspective, and adaptability in a dynamic cloud environment

Required
