Manage general ledger, including account assignments, accounts payable and accounts receivable

Process month-end close and financials / reporting for ownership

Oversee maintenance of fixed asset schedule and process sales, use and property tax filings

Provide financial insights to management for informed decision-making and long-term financial stability and growth

Manage manufacturing and distribution related job cost reports and oversee property-level financials for various real estate holdings

Assist CPA firm in providing information required to prepare the federal and state income tax returns, and quarterly estimated tax payments
