Responsibilities
Coordinate and provide support to the Manager, Culture & Events to maintain Tower’s unique culture
Support all day-to day event operations in the main NY office & provide remote support for all offices in the AMER region as needed
Provide creative input and share new ideas and improvements with the team
Assist with calendar management for all corporate events (sports activities, happy hours, family days, etc.) throughout the year
Research new events and evaluate effectiveness and participation of current events
Assist in drafting and updating written processes, standards, and procedures for the department
Publicize and draft communications for events including e-mails, signage, and other shared materials
Help manage vendor accounts, communication, and documentation
Coordinate with other teams including IT and Corporate Services on events
Assist with event logistics and set up
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum 1-2 years of event management experience
Strong organization, attention to detail, and time management skills
Ability to manage competing priorities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for employees and managers at all levels
