Responsibilities
Work closely with teams to identify and analyze business needs
Document requirements and map processes using flowcharts and structured methods
Translate business needs into technical specifications and vice versa
Measure impact using KPIs and success criteria in partnership with the PMO
Drive consensus and manage priorities among stakeholders
Apply data-driven decision-making and root cause analysis to solve problems
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
Minimum 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Consultant
Exceptional communication and analytical skills
Proven ability to manage competing priorities and work with cross-functional teams
Preferred
Background in IT services, Managed Service Provider (MSP), or custom software development preferred
