Collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure accurate and comprehensive content development tailored to specific program requirements
Qualification
Required
Curriculum Development, Instructional Design, and Training Facilitation skills
Expertise in collaborating with Subject Matter Experts to gather and synthesize information
Knowledge of eLearning tools, such as Learning Management Systems (LMS), and digital content creation platforms
Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to create and deliver engaging and effective training solutions
Proficiency in written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex ideas clearly
Familiarity with military protocols or prior experience with Department of Defense programs
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while meeting deadlines
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
