Responsibilities
Lead and grow the pipeline of qualified opportunities for our 360º branding and marketing services — from prospecting to proposal to pitch
Proactively generate and qualify leads across key sectors – with a focus on real estate (e.g., multifamily, mixed-use, office) and hospitality
Collaborate with internal teams to craft proposals that win and inspire
Maintain and report on the group’s HubSpot pipeline, ensuring accurate tracking and forecasting
Be the front line at industry events and conferences as a key representative of the Streetsense brand and voice
Work closely with Agency Leadership, Chief Growth Officer, and Head of Sales to define and execute our Creative Agency’s growth strategy
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in sales and business development; real estate industry experience and network strongly preferred
Deep understanding of branding, marketing, and creative services
Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or a related field
Preferred
HubSpot (or similar CRM) experience preferred
