Responsibilities
Deliver Exceptional Service: Greet customers warmly and assist with routine banking transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and payments with accuracy and care
Manage Cash Handling: Oversee cash drawers, reconcile transactions, and ensure secure handling of cash and financial instruments
Promote Digital Banking: Educate customers on self-service tools including mobile banking, ATMs, and online banking, empowering them to manage their finances with ease
Connect Customers to Solutions: Identify service needs and refer customers to Sales & Service Associates or Relationship Bankers for complex solutions
Support Branch Operations: Assist with operational duties including vault balancing, ATM servicing, night drop, and ensuring branch readiness
Professional Communication: Answer incoming calls and greet walk-ins professionally and efficiently
Maintain Compliance: Adhere to all regulatory, security, and audit standards
Stay Informed: Participate in branch meetings and maintain working knowledge of current promotions and bank services
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED required
At least 1 year of customer service or cash handling experience
Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
Comfortable navigating digital platforms and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
A collaborative team player who's eager to learn, puts customers first and enjoys creating positive experiences
Ability to stand for prolonged periods
Ability to lift between 1-10 lbs regularly, occasionally up to 30 lbs
Ability to travel between office locations as needed
Extensive computer and phone usage
Ability to perform repetitive motions
