Responsibilities
Records business transactions and keys daily worksheets to the general ledger system
Produce invoices, checks, account statements, reports, and other records
Reviews and verifies of all entries into customers’ billing systems on daily basis
Maintains filing systems and daily, weekly, monthly reports
Utilizes computer systems to run databases, pay bills and order supplies
Research, tracks, and resolves accounting problems
Assists accounts payable and billing department and perform other duties as assigned by the management
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2-3 years of accounting experience
Bachelor's degree in accounting or be working towards it
Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and confidence
Strong knowledge of accounting systems, technologies, and financial reporting
Advanced mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Effective written and verbal communication abilities
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and diligent in follow-through
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects under time and resource constraints
Proactive, entrepreneurial, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Skilled in building relationships, handling sensitive issues, and applying tact and diplomacy
Ability to work long hours on foot and in environments with varying temperatures
Flexibility to work different shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays) based on business needs
Preferred
Experience in hospitality, catering, or food service industry preferred
