Responsibilities

Intake of critical response communications

Responding to calls for equipment service and information about security-related technology systems, which includes, but is not limited to, phone, email, and emergency mass notification tools

Monitor and respond to security alarms utilizing the alarm monitoring tools themselves, or cameras and various intelligence resources in order to identify and resolve physical security threats

Synthesize large amounts of information quickly

Create a comprehensive documented record of security-related incidents

Coordinate routine and critical incident communications

Understand the proper use of security-related tools and procedures

Implement access control procedures

Assist with physical security validations for our partners and vendors

Support general security, first responder, and law enforcement engagement and response to incidents

Escalate to supervisors when appropriate

Required

At least 2 years of experience in one or more of these fields: Law enforcement, Military, Corporate Security, Business Continuity, Risk, Emergency Management or Customer Service
