Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with national and regional home builders to promote PJD
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and prospecting
Maintain bid logs with monthly presentations and market analysis to management
Attend industry events, trade shows, and builder association meetings to network and represent the company
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in sales, with a focus on selling directly to national and regional home builders in Las Vegas, Nevada
Strong understanding of the home building industry, including trends, and customer needs
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, results-driven, consistent, and able to work independently
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
