Responsibilities

Conduct analyses and build dashboards to create insights that direct our strategy to maximize customer performance

Partner across the Customer, Finance, and Go-To-Market operations organizations

Conduct robust analyses to drive impactful actions

Maintain, expand, and improve our end-to-end infrastructure of data models and dashboards

Query, analyze, and visualize big datasets via a combination of writing SQL and building dashboards using data visualization tools

Build production-grade data models

Deliver dashboards that promote stakeholder alignment and transform data into actionable insights

Frame up recommendations to stakeholders that can be actioned with measurable impact

Enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency through data models

Required
