Operations Customer Service Rep

Responsibilities
Solicit outbound freight to maintain network balance and high service levels
Interact with customers, address concerns, and respond promptly to inquiries
Forecast customer needs and proactively provide solutions
Process customer orders and schedule loading/unloading appointments
Track shipments from pickup to delivery and ensure timely updates
Travel as needed to support customer relationships and operations
Qualification
Required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work independently and exercise discretion
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
Bachelor's degree or 3–4 years of related experience (or equivalent combination)
Valid driver's license and ability to travel
