Responsibilities
Serve as an Enterprise Agile Coach within the Agile Center of Excellence (CoE) to drive Agile Product Transformation
Coach, mentor, and guide product teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, leaders, and stakeholders in adopting and maturing Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.)
Collaborate with CoE leadership to develop and implement Agile transformation roadmaps aligned with organizational strategy
Facilitate and deliver workshops, training sessions, and hands-on labs on Agile methods, technical best practices, and Lean principles
Promote a culture of continuous improvement by implementing retrospectives, analyzing team metrics, and recommending actionable improvements
Engage with cross-functional teams to address Agile adoption challenges and provide tailored coaching
Standardize Agile ceremonies, workflows, and metrics across teams, leveraging Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Align) for process optimization and reporting
Support and reinforce technical excellence, including DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and XP engineering practices
Foster stakeholder alignment, collaboration, and clear communication to ensure successful Agile transformation
Maintain up-to-date Agile certifications and demonstrate comprehensive expertise in Agile frameworks and change management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
10+ years of experience, with at least 8 years in Agile coaching and 5 years in software development
Expertise in Agile transformations in large, complex organizations
Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC, ICP-ATF), CSP, SPC, or equivalent credentials
Proficiency in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS) and technical practices (CI/CD, DevOps)
Strong communication, facilitation, conflict resolution, and mentoring skills
Preferred
Experience with organizational behavior
