Responsibilities
Lead information and knowledge management operations, including generation, collection, curation, and management using modern tools and techniques
Manage, organize, and maintain all project documentation in Confluence and Jira , ensuring version control, accuracy, and accessibility for cross-functional teams
Collaborate with stakeholders to design, implement, and sustain comprehensive Confluence -based knowledge bases and documentation for ongoing projects
Oversee knowledge repositories to keep content current, accurate, and valuable as a go-to resource
Develop and execute innovative knowledge capture and sharing strategies to enhance organizational learning and long-term retention
Design effective content architecture for knowledge management systems to boost internal communication and collaboration
Create and implement knowledge transfer programs, including onboarding resources and professional development support for team members
Translate complex business requirements into precise technical documentation, serving as a vital liaison between business and technical teams
Qualification
Required
Active Secret clearance (or ability to obtain/maintain)
IAT Level II certification (one of the following: CySA+, Security+, CCNA – Security, GICSP, GSEC, or SSCP)
3-5+ years of experience in knowledge management, information management, business analysis, technical writing, or a related role
Strong hands-on expertise with Atlassian suite (especially Jira and Confluence) for project management, documentation, and collaboration
Proven experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment with a solid understanding of ceremonies, principles, and practices
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills — ability to create clear, concise, comprehensive documentation that bridges technical and non-technical audiences
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and passion for structuring information effectively
Preferred
Experience building knowledge capture, transfer, and management strategies from the ground up
Familiarity with additional knowledge management systems, frameworks, and industry best practices
Agile or Scrum certification (e.g., CSM, PSM)
Background in developing onboarding materials, training programs, or corporate knowledge initiatives
