Responsibilities
Strategize, design, implement, and manage ODS environments and jobs
Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of ODS solutions
Design data models to support enterprise reporting and analytics
Analyze raw data and perform data cleansing, transformation, and processing using SQL
Build and maintain SSIS packages, SQL queries, databases, and reports
Retrieve and aggregate data from multiple data sources into actionable formats
Monitor and optimize daily, weekly, and monthly SQL jobs
Deliver Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions
Document Power BI project requirements, roadmap planning, and reporting delivery
Enable effective decision-making through clear, accurate, and actionable reporting
Support cloud-based data solutions using AWS and/or Azure
Document cloud architecture, configurations, and processes
Support cloud migration and modernization initiatives
Maintain backup and disaster recovery strategies
Collaborate with development and business teams on data management projects
Conduct performance testing and ensure data reliability
Maintain strong documentation and data governance practices
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on experience with MS SQL Server
Strong hands-on experience with SSIS
Strong hands-on experience with Power BI
Strong hands-on experience with MongoDB
Experience with Cloud services (AWS and/or Azure)
Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills
Solid data architecture and ODS design experience
Proven ability to deliver reporting and dashboarding projects
Preferred
5+ years of experience in Data Management / BI / Reporting
Experience with ODS planning, reporting, and data requirement management
Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
Automation experience in data processing and reporting workflows
