Responsibilities

Lead and optimize end-to-end operations of MDR service delivery and client success functions
Implement processes and metrics to scale services while maintaining SLAs, incident response efficiency, and customer satisfaction
Partner with the CEO on company strategy, go-to-market execution, and operational growth initiatives
Build, mentor, and retain top operational talent, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance
Oversee operational technology, security processes, and compliance frameworks

Required

Proven COO or senior operations leadership experience in cybersecurity, ideally with MDR or MSSP exposure

Metrics-driven, process-oriented, and decisive with exceptional leadership and communication skills
Ability to bridge technical and business perspectives, ensuring client outcomes are optimized
