Responsibilities

Translate complex, manual workflows into well-defined, governed datasets and repeatable processes
Design and implement SQL- and logic-based transformations that standardize and connect data across systems like Airtable, DataCore, and Continuum
Partner directly with business customers to understand pain points and design solutions that deliver operational insights
Build mechanisms for data validation, lineage tracking, and workflow health monitoring
Collaborate with BI engineers to define source-of-truth tables and support downstream analytics
Document data flows, transformations, and schema definitions to ensure transparency and reuse
Support automation initiatives to reduce manual reconciliation and reporting

Required

3+ years of data engineering experience
1+ years of developing and operating large-scale data structures for business intelligence analytics using ETL/ELT processes experience
1+ years of developing and operating large-scale data structures for business intelligence analytics using data modeling experience
1+ years of developing and operating large-scale data structures for business intelligence analytics using SQL experience
Knowledge of professional software engineering & best practices for full software development life cycle, including coding standards, software architectures, code reviews, source control management, continuous deployments, testing, and operational excellence

Preferred

Experience with AWS technologies like Redshift, S3, AWS Glue, EMR, Kinesis, FireHose, Lambda, and IAM roles and permissions
Experience with non-relational databases / data stores (object storage, document or key-value stores, graph databases, column-family databases)
