Build, develop, and lead a best-in-class Inside Sales Team (on-site and remote)

Track performance metrics and deliver data-driven insights
Design contests, incentives, and engagement programs

Qualification
Required
3+ years leading an Inside Sales Team
Proven track record managing high-performing sales teams
Strong coaching, communication, and leadership skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Excellent sales, customer service, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively
High ethical standards and strong work ethic
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimal travel flexibility
