Responsibilities
Design, develop, and manage application development projects that support our IT infrastructure
Seamlessly integrate third-party components and introduce new custom capabilities
Enhance existing code to boost functionality and performance
Drive process improvements and automate operations and maintenance tasks
Collaborate with lead architects to design, build, and deploy innovative applications
Tackle large-scale data processing, statistical modeling, and advanced analytics
Engage in all phases of the software development life cycle, from planning to quality assurance
Lead technical project milestone reviews and code architecture sessions
Mentor and transfer knowledge to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree and 4-8 years of experience in software development and application management
Expertise in application design, development, testing, and management
Proficiency in integrating third-party components and modifying existing code
Experience with Microsoft 365 Power Platform and SharePoint
Strong analytical skills and a knack for problem-solving
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
A self-starter who thrives both independently and as part of a team
