New Grad, Entry LevelReynolds and Reynolds is a leading provider of car dealership software, services, and forms. They are currently seeking a UX Designer to contribute to the design of innovative products by collaborating with stakeholders and other designers to create user-friendly interfaces.

Responsibilities
Implementing designs for new features on existing and new products
Apply user research to gather insights and understand user needs
Create design flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes in Figma
Engaging in usability testing and interpreting user feedback
Occasional on-site interviews/user research with dealers
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Figma required
Strong skills in designing user interfaces, including layout, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy
Strong communication skills to articulate design decisions and learn from discussions
Online portfolio, showcasing software design
Ability to travel up to 10% annually
Must have reliable transportation as well as a valid driver's license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years
