Responsibilities
Execute end-to-end risk assessments across applications, cloud infrastructure, and business processes while leading compliance initiatives for ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS, and SOX
Manage our GRC tooling stack (Varonis, Lighbeam, Tenable, Auditboard)
Build risk dashboards for executive visibility
Work directly with engineering teams to remediate control gaps
Own audit readiness—from evidence collection to auditor walkthroughs
Conduct third-party vendor assessments
Maintain risk registers
Translate compliance requirements into actionable technical controls
Mentor junior team members while maintaining hands-on involvement in day-to-day security operations
Qualification
Required
8–12+ years in information security, risk, or compliance roles with deep technical expertise in NIST CSF, ISO 27001, and cloud security controls
Experience performing threat modeling with DevOps teams
Experience presenting compliance metrics to executives
Strong documentation skills
Experience managing multiple audits simultaneously
CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or CISA certification
