Lead the organization into its next chapter of growth and impact

Serve as the public face of Qualitas and the driving force behind its strategic direction, financial sustainability, and continued fulfillment of its mission

Pair strategic vision with strong operational acumen, turning ambitious ideas into actionable plans with measurable results that broaden the organization’s reach and deepen its impact

Cultivate and grow support from individual donors, corporations, and foundations to ensure Qualitas’ long-term success

Strengthen fundraising and marketing functions, elevate its public profile, and champion innovative programs that respond to the evolving needs of the community

Inspire and empower staff, engage a passionate and diverse Board of Directors, and forge partnerships that enhance Qualitas’ visibility and influence
