Responsibilities
Consultation: Viewed by executive clients and leaders as possessing expertise to solve Penn Medicine’s most complex challenges. Actively coaches clients on projects that have an impact on project success and beyond. Builds and maintains trust-based relationships with existing and prospective executive clients, drawing upon healthcare knowledge and insights to surface and discuss issues within and beyond the scope of any one project. Exemplifies a mastery of expertise in the formation and execution of work across a variety of topic areas
Insight Generation: Well-regarded personal brand a partner who brings a strong and compelling point of view. Provides insights driven by intellectual horsepower that is distinctive and provides strong contributions to the team and its work
Problem Solving: Strong track record of ability to lead the problem-solving process, develop scalable solutions, and oversee diverse team members to analysis and deliverables to effect. Effectively leads the problem solving by helping colleagues focus on the most critical issues, continuously refining hypotheses, and challenge assumptions as appropriate
Results: Leads overall project(s) to meet project objectives and broader organizational goals. Develops work plans that reflect sound hypothesis-based problem solving, thorough understanding of project objectives and milestones, market dynamics, client factors, and industry trends. Identifies bottlenecks and inefficiencies in processes. Advances thought leadership with distinctive insights and new offerings

Qualification
Required
Bachelor of Arts or Science in Business, Statistics, Information Technology, Healthcare Management or related field
9+ years progressive experience in data analysis, strategy development, and stakeholder engagement, preferably in a healthcare or academic setting. Proven track record of building, managing, and elevating programs that advance organizational goals
Preferred
Master of Arts or Science in Business, Statistics, Information Technology, Healthcare Management or related field
